Creativity is my language. Writing and photography are the ways I interpret and express the world around me. Through both, I seek depth, meaning, and connection, capturing not just moments or ideas, but the emotion and insight behind them.
My passion for healing, self-development, and spirituality informs everything I do. I believe in the power of reflection, growth, and authentic connection—not just as personal pursuits, but as tools for making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
As a mentor, I empower others to forge their own path and grow into their unique voice and vision.
I’m seeking opportunities where I can bring all of these elements together: creative expression, personal growth, and mentorship. Whether it’s through content creation, community building, or educational work, I’m drawn to roles that value storytelling, holistic thinking, and human connection.
If you're building something that aligns with these values, I’d love to connect.

I spent four years at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School (2015-2019) studying Graphic Communications, where I earned certifications in OSHA, Screen printing, offset lithography, graphic design, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
During my time there, I discovered a genuine passion for the entire creative and print production process. From brainstorming ideas and collaborating with others to designing, producing, troubleshooting, communicating with clients, creating digital and print marketing materials, and managing packaging and delivery, I found every stage of the process both rewarding and fulfilling. I enjoy seeing a project evolve from an initial concept into a finished product and take pride in contributing to every step along the way.

Photography is one of my greatest passions. From editorial and portrait photography to landscapes and architecture, I enjoy capturing the unique character of every subject. I've been shooting with a DSLR since 2015, and photography has become one of the ways I connect with and make sense of the world. Every photograph reflects a different perspective, and I love seeing the world through both my own lens and the lenses of others.
Through my vocational high school, I competed in SkillsUSA photography competitions, earning bronze, silver, and gold medals in district competitions over three consecutive years, as well as a silver medal at the 2019 state competition. I also spent three weeks studying at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, where I further developed my technical skills and appreciation for the craft.
My work has been exhibited at the Narrows Center for the Arts, the Massachusetts State House, and the College for Creative Studies.

During my senior year of high school in 2019, I was hired through my school's co-op program at College Promo, a screen-printing company that produced apparel for colleges across the country. I started as a screen cleaner and, within a year, worked my way up to lead printer. There, I applied the skills I learned in Graphic Communications while gaining hands-on experience in every stage of the printing process and collaborating with a talented team of creatives.
While attending the University of Connecticut, I also worked as a Printing Assistant at the Document Production Center, where I independently produced thousands of posters, business cards, brochures, and other print materials for faculty and staff. Both roles strengthened my technical expertise, attention to detail, and appreciation for the creative process from concept to final production.

During my first semester of college, I quickly found a home at UConnPIRG, a nonprofit student advocacy organization and chapter of the Student PIRGs. I began as a social media intern for the New Voters Project, a campaign focused on registering students to vote. Within a few months, I traveled to Washington, D.C., with our chapter chair to represent our campus in the Students Learn Students Vote Coalition.
The following semester, I became co-coordinator of the campaign before stepping into the coordinator role the semester after. In that position, I led a grassroots organizing team, helped register thousands of students to vote, hosted a virtual webinar with Connecticut's Secretary of the State during the COVID-19 pandemic, and worked to educate students about the power they have to become active, engaged members of their communities.

In June 2021, I became Director of Communications for UConnPraxis, formerly UConnPIRG, after our executive board voted to disaffiliate from the Student PIRGs. As I entered my junior year, I led the organization's rebranding efforts, creating a new visual identity through logos, graphics, merchandise, newsletters, social media content, and other marketing materials while establishing recognition under our new name.
Beyond branding, I helped organize and communicate around issues affecting students on campus, including sexual assault prevention and mental health advocacy. I also led weekly meetings with our campaign coordinators and communications team to brainstorm events, develop print and digital campaigns, and ensure our work remained aligned with our mission and values.
This experience profoundly shaped me as both a leader and communicator. It taught me how to build a brand with purpose, lead through change, and use storytelling and strategic communication to bring people together around issues that matter.

As a first-generation college student who struggled during my first semester, it became important to me to help other students navigate the same challenges. During my senior year at the University of Connecticut, I became a Peer Mentor through the Academic Achievement Center, where I worked closely with four students. By the end of the semester, all four of them had successfully come off academic probation.
Together, we focused on time management, study strategies, stress management, mindfulness, and building confidence. I later became a Master Coach, co-teaching a weekly training course for 12 peer mentors. My partner and I developed lesson plans, facilitated classes, and provided one-on-one coaching to help mentors better support their students. I also designed business cards for the program and created a mindfulness booklet as a resource for students, both of which are featured in my portfolio.

I met a professor who profoundly changed the way I view and experience the world. In the spring of 2023, I completed an independent study with her and a small group of students. Together, we attended trainings in meditation and nonviolent activism, facilitated guided meditations, organized mindfulness events, collaborated with professors and fellow students across campus, and fostered a community rooted in a shared love for the Earth. Our goal was to inspire others to pause, notice, reflect, and be fully present in their daily lives.
Mindfulness and spirituality are at the core of who I am, shaping not only how I move through the world but also the purpose behind everything I do.

I've been writing for as long as I can remember. Since I first learned to put words on paper, I've filled journals with reflections on life, the world, my hopes and aspirations, and ideas for creating positive change and bringing people together.
Last year, I finally took the leap and began sharing my writing publicly through essays and blogs on Medium and Substack. What started as a personal practice has become a meaningful way to connect with people from around the world. Writing has always been one of my greatest passions, and sharing my work has only deepened my appreciation for its ability to foster connection, reflection, and understanding.

My reflective nature led me on my first solo trip to Sedona, where I developed a profound connection to the land and discovered the transformative power of traveling with intention. Since then, I've continued to seek experiences that foster both personal growth and meaningful connection, including a journaling retreat in Peru with a group of incredible women from across the country.
Wherever I travel, I strive to leave each destination better than I found it. Whether that's through volunteering, listening to the stories of Indigenous and local communities and helping amplify their voices, caring for the land, or learning about and sharing the issues that affect the people who call those places home. I believe travel carries both privilege and responsibility. I love exploring the world, and it's important to me to do so in a way that respects the people, animals, ecosystems, and all beings that make each place unique.
